Abstract:
In order to achieve both shock burst resistance and productivity, a belt cover layer 15 is disposed between shoulder regions Ash on both sides in a tire width direction, and is formed in such a manner that a strip-shaped belt cover material 40 is spirally wound about a tire rotational axis outside in a tire radial direction of a belt layer 14. In the belt cover layer 15, a superposed winding part 45 where circulating portions adjacent to each other in the tire width direction in the belt cover material 40 are partially wound so as to be superposed in a tire radial direction is formed between the shoulder regions Ash on both sides in the tire width direction. A width Ws in the tire width direction of the superposed winding part 45 is 3% or more and 30% or less of a width CW in the tire width direction of the belt cover layer 15. At portions of the shoulder regions Ash in the belt cover layer 15, the circulating portions adjacent to each other in the tire width direction in the belt cover material 40 are wound so as not to be superposed in the tire radial direction.
