Abstract:
A pneumatic tire (1) provided with an inner liner (9), wherein the inner liner (9) is configured of a polymer laminate which is composed of: a first layer that is formed of an elastomer composition that contains (A) a styrene-isobutylene-styrene triblock copolymer and an ultraviolet absorbent and/or an antioxidant, with the total blending amount thereof being 0.5-40% by mass of the elastomer component; and a second layer that is formed of an elastomer composition that contains (B) a styrene-isoprene-styrene triblock copolymer and/or a styrene-isobutylene diblock copolymer and an ultraviolet absorbent and/or an antioxidant, with the total blending amount thereof being 0.5-40% by mass of the elastomer component. The second layer is arranged so as to be in contact with a rubber layer of a carcass ply (6), and the thickness (Ge) of the inner liner at the shoulders (Pe) is larger than the thickness (Gc) of the inner liner at the crown center (Pc).
