Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pneumatic tire (1) in which a plurality of small blocks (20) are delimited and formed by a plurality of circumference-direction linear fine grooves (16) and a plurality of width-direction fine grooves (18) that connect with the circumference-direction fine grooves, and in which small block rows (22) that comprise the small blocks that are lined up in in the tire circumference direction are formed between adjacent circumference-direction fine grooves. The surface area of each of the small blocks differs from the surface area of at least one other small block that is included in an adjacent small block row on at least one side in the tire width direction and that is overlapped by a tire circumference-direction area (CA). In addition, the surface area of the small blocks is 20-400 mm2.
