Abstract:

Disclosed is a point-of-sale management apparatus. The point-of-sale management apparatus comprises: a lens unit which acquires a face image of a customer; a voice recognition unit which recognizes speech uttered between the customer and a clerk; and a processor which determines whether a dispute has occurred on the basis of the acquired face image of the customer and the uttered speech, and automatically performs voice recording when a dispute occurs. Accordingly, data for resolving future disputes can be secured by determining whether a dispute has occurred and automatically performing voice recording.
