Abstract:
Provided are a polar code encoding and decoding method, apparatus and device. The polar code encoding method comprises: acquiring a plurality of cyclic redundancy check check bits (301); determining an interleaving filling position in a sequence to be encoded (302); filling a first predetermined number of cyclic redundancy check check bits from among the plurality of cyclic redundancy check check bits into the interleaving filling position in the sequence to be encoded in an interleaving manner (303); and performing polar encoding on the sequence to be encoded which is filled with the predetermined number of cyclic redundancy check check bits in an interleaving manner, and sending the encoded sequence to a receiving end (304), wherein the first predetermined number is less than or equal to the total number of the plurality of cyclic redundancy check check bits.
