Abstract:
The present application provides a polar code encoding method and device, being capable of improving the performance of a polar code. The method comprises: a sending device acquiring a sequence corresponding to a required parent code length; the sending device acquiring bits to be encoded; and the sending device using the sequence corresponding to the required parent code length to perform polar code encoding on the bits to be encoded, to obtain encoded bits, the sequence being generated according to a basic sequence, the length of the basic sequence being less than the parent code length.
