Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of image dehazing processing. Disclosed are a polarization image dehazing method and device based on an unsupervised weight depth model. Taking the idea of disentangled representation learning as a starting point, and according to the Stokes' theorem, polarization information of optical waves is directly solved, a first image and a second image are directly inputted into an unsupervised weight depth model and sequentially pass through an encoding layer, a fusion layer and a decoding layer, and then a dehazed polarization image is outputted; and in a model training method, two weights are designed in a weight measurement layer, so that retention modes for different modal information are taken into consideration, the two weights are incorporated into a loss function to train the unsupervised weight depth model, and thus long-distance scene dehazing is finally achieved. Polarization images under different haze conditions are collected by using a divided focal plane polarization imaging system, and polarization dehazing processing is performed by means of the unsupervised weight depth model, so that the current problem of a poor dehazing effect of a long-distance scene during image dehazing is solved.
