Abstract:
This polarizer having a phase difference layer comprises a polarizer and a phase difference layer provided to one surface side of the polarizer. The polarizer comprises a polarization region that is no more than 15 μm thick, and a non-polarization region that is surrounded by the polarization region in a plan view. The non-polarization region is a region in which a cured product of an active energy ray curable resin is provided to a through hole surrounded by the polarization region in a plan view.
