Abstract:
Provided are a polarizing plate and an optical display device comprising same, the polarizing plate comprising: a polarizer; a protective coating layer formed on the top surface of the polarizer; and a protective layer and an adhesive layer formed sequentially from the polarizer on the bottom surface of the polarizer, wherein the protective coating layer is formed from a thermosetting composition, and the modulus of the polarizing plate measured by a microindenter on the protective coating layer-side is approximately 10MPa or higher.
