The present application relates to a polarizing structure, comprising a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which has a low refractive index and is provided with multiple grooves, and an optical compensation film which has a high refractive index. Multiple convex structures that match the grooves are provided on the optical compensation film. Also provided is a display device.
