A pole-mounted switch apparatus. The pole-mounted switch apparatus comprises a box body, two groups of sleeve tubes, an insulation body, an isolation switch and a circuit breaker. Partial structures of the two groups of sleeve tubes are respectively inserted into two sides of the box body, wherein a first measurement line passes through one group of sleeve tubes, and a second measurement line passes through the other group of sleeve tubes; the insulation body is arranged in the box body and divides the interior of the box body into a first chamber, a second chamber, a third chamber and a fourth chamber, and a first conductor is arranged in the first chamber and is connected to the first measurement line; a stationary contact of the isolation switch is located in the first chamber and is in contact with the first conductor, a movable contact of the isolation switch is located in the fourth chamber, and a conductive rod of the isolation switch is exposed in an area between the first chamber and the fourth chamber; and the circuit breaker is arranged in the third chamber and is connected to the second measurement line by means of the second conductor.
