[Problem] To provide a pole-type solar power generator that allows a battery to be maintained within a temperature range that is more stable than the air temperature range at an installation location, and allows the electric power generated by a solar cell module to be used efficiently. [Solution] A pole-type solar power generator (2) comprising a pole body (3) having a solar cell module (4), and a foundation part (5) supporting the pole body (3), said pole-type solar power generator (2) specifically comprising the pole body (3), which is provided with a wiring guidance part (8), the solar cell module (4), which is attached to an above-ground portion of the pole body (3), the foundation part (5), which is at least partially buried underground and is provided with an accommodation section (10), and a battery (7) for storing electric power generated by the solar cell module, wherein the battery (7) is accommodated in the accommodation section (10), and the solar cell module (4) and the battery (7) are connected by an electrical cord (9) guided by the wiring guidance part (8).
