Description:
Pole Technical Field The present invention relates to a pole, particularly an aerial pole, assembled of prefabricated components and fixed by its abutment to a foundation structure. The design of the pole is particularly suited to requirements emerging for the installation of telecommunication poles at the localities, where, on one hand, it is necessary to perform the assembly works as quickly as possible, and on the other hand, without usage of heavy transport and assembly machinery, and where the pole shall disturb the feel of nature and landscape the least.

Background of the Invention Aerial poles, planted with aerials for transmission of telecommunication signals, are featured, according to specific local requirements and good practices of the manufacturers, by a frame structure, or by a solid-wall pole structure, or they may be possibly located on the roofs of higher buildings with good range of vision, in order for the area to be covered by signal transmitted from installed aerials to be as large as possible. In general, the frame structure poles are assembled from individual rods in horizontal position, and after completion of assembly, they are erected with usage of powerful crane or capstan and guiding pulleys on prepared foundations into the vertical position. The drawback of this method is the necessity of heavy assembly machinery, which, for example in forest, damages the surrounding terrain and besides, such poles have perturbing influence on surrounding landscape due to their considerable height and dimensions.

The solid-wall poles with graded cylindrical or frustum shape can be manufactured only with considerable difficulties, since the production of seamless pipe with variable cross section is not easy and the weight of such pole is significant. The production sets extensive requirements on transportation and erection procedures, which must be performed by heavy machinery.

The erection of aerial poles on building roofs is structurally easier, but it requires favorable local conditions and an agreement with building owner.

The purpose of the proposed invention is to create the aerial pole structure design, which could be simply transportable to final destination and assembled with usage of relatively light transport and lifting means, and which would be particularly suitable for protected landscape areas and other locations, where the appearance of the pole shall disturb the natural environment the least.

Summary of the Invention This aspect is solved by the pole, particularly the aerial pole, according to the invention, substance of which consists in that the box-like extension is connected to a frame segment, particularly the upper segment of pole supporting structure, which extension contains the installed aerials and a technological equipment.

According to preferred embodiment of the invention, the pole is assembled of lower frame segment, at least one central frame segment and upper frame segment, which are connected together and at the lower part fixed to foundation structure, and at the upper part to mentioned extension, with usage of detachable screw connections and/or shaped connections.

According to another preferred embodiment of the invention, the extension is provided by a spacious frame structure of prismatic shape, whose lower side consists of floor frame with floor plate, equipped with a manhole access with a hatch, into which the upper part of ladder leads and whose upper part is provided with a roof structure.

According to yet another preferred embodiment of the invention, the extension is provided with horizontal lattice bar in the central part of its sides, connected to floor frame with usage of reinforcing diagonal lattice bars, wherein the side walls of the extension are provided with lining, particularly with wooden or plastic lining, from horizontal lattice bar to floor frame, which lets the electromagnetic emissions transmit through.

The pole according to the mentioned invention, particularly suitable as aerial pole, is featured by its prefabricated nature and consists of easily transportable prefabricated components with dimensions suitable for general transport and assembly means, and mutually connectable by means of high strength bolts, so that the pole can be easily disassembled in case of need. The great advantage of the invention is the look of the pole, which resembles the deer- stand, being yet improved by the wooden lining, as well as by the supporting structural rods being surface finished as the imitation of wood, whereas the character of wooden supporting structure can be yet improved by an extension of individual rods behind the connecting nodes, as can be seen in description of preferred embodiments. The technological equipment not being located in container or shelter right by the pole abutment also improves the look of aerial pole.

Brief Description of the Drawings The present invention will be explained in details with usage of exemplifying embodiments, as seen on drawings, where: Fig. 1 is a side view of the pole, in the direction of arrow PI from fig. 2 and fig. 3, Fig. 2 is a side view of the pole, in the direction of arrow P2 from fig. 2 and fig. 3, Fig. 3 is a side view of the pole, in the direction of arrow P3 from fig. 1 and fig. 2, Fig. 4 is a horizontal cross section of upper extension of pole, along the line A-A of fig. 1 and fig. 2, Fig. 5 is a horizontal cross section of upper segment of pole, along the line B-B of fig. 1 and fig. 2, Fig. 6 is a horizontal cross section of central segment of pole, along the line C-C of fig. 1 and fig. 2, Fig. 7 is a horizontal cross section of lower segment of pole, along the line D-D of fig. 1 and fig. 2, Fig. 8 is a horizontal cross section of abutting part of pole over the foundation structure, along the line E-E of fig.

1 and fig. 2.

Description of the Preferred Embodiment The aerial pole 1 according to the present invention is created in the form of tower, and in shown example it consists of four dismountable components suitable for transport, further composed of lower frame segment 2, two central frame segments 3 and upper frame segment 4. These four segments 2, 3 and 4 of aerial pole 1 are dismountably joined together in nodes with usage of high strength bolts and the lower frame segment 2 is fixed to foundation structure (not shown) made of monolithic concrete slab or of prefabricated foundation blocks by means of anchoring bolts. The structure of aerial pole 1 can be therefore easily and quickly assembled and in case of needs disassembled and transferred to other location, which fact constitutes its considerable mobility.

At the upper section of aerial pole 1, the extension 5 is fixed to upper side of upper frame segment 4, which possesses frame structure of prismatic shape and in its central section of side walls is provided with horizontal lattice bar 6, which serves at the same time as the handrail and which is connected in its center with vertical reinforcing diagonal lattice bars 7.

The spatial frame structure of the extension 5 is, at its lower side, filled with floor frame 8, covered by steel semi- grates provided with manhole 9, covered with lockable hatch.

The upper end of ladder 10 leads to mentioned manhole 9, which runs at it slower portion down to ground level and which is provided along its whole length with safety means. The upper side of spatial frame structure of extension 5 is formed by supporting roof structure 11 with covering. The lower parts of side walls of extension 5 from horizontal lattice bar 6 down to a floor are lined with wood boards or other lining 16 made of wood or plastic, which emulates the look of wooden lining, in order to approximate the look of aerial pole 1 to the look of deer-stand (known as"rostrum"type), wherein the lining 16 must be able to transmit the emissions from aerials 12 and 13 through.

The extension 5 at upper part of aerial pole 1 contains the technological equipment 15 and installed GSM aerials 12, as well as microwave aerials 13, into which the electric cable connections 14 are fed, passing from extension 5 through the internal section of corner elements of all four segments 2, 3 and 4 of aerial pole 1 down to the ground, and further led underground. The major advantage of such technical solution is in the installation of all required technological equipment 15 within the upper extension 5, so that there has to be no technological container or technological shelter by the abutment of aerial pole 1, which would disturb the surrounding terrain.

In the shown example of the invention embodiment, the aerials 12 and 13 are offset in front of plane spaced out by side walls of supporting spatial structure of the extension 5, in order to prevent the steel elements of supporting structure from preventing the output of electromagnetic emission of aerials 12 and 13, which are further protected from outside by the lining 16.
