Abstract:
The present invention provides a polisher having automatic feeding and discharging functions, comprising a rack, a clamping mechanism, a polishing rotating shaft, a feeding mechanism, and a discharging mechanism. The clamping mechanism, the discharging mechanism, the polishing rotating shaft, and the feeding mechanism are installed on the rack. Multiple polishing heads are installed on the polishing rotating shaft. The feeding mechanism comprises a feeding frame, a sliding platform, a sliding driving member, storage mechanisms used for placing polishing pads, and pushing mechanisms matching the storage mechanisms in column number. The feeding frame is installed on the rack. The sliding platform is slidably installed on the feeding frame. The storage mechanisms are installed on the sliding platform. Each column of pushing mechanisms is installed on the feeding frame and located above the storage mechanisms. The sliding driving member is installed on the sliding platform and used for driving the sliding platform to drive the storage mechanisms to correspond to the polishing heads below and the pushing mechanisms above in position. The pushing mechanisms push the polishing pads in the storage mechanisms onto the polishing heads to form bonding. The polisher is simple in structure, timesaving, and laborsaving, can ensure the accuracy of pad installation and removal, and can improve the productivity and efficiency.
