Abstract:
A polishing and color sorting system for rice processing, comprising a first-stage rice polishing machine (2), a polished rice sizing screen (4), a first digital color sorting machine (5), a rice flow weighing machine (7), and a finished product bin packaging and weighing machine (8), and an automatic control system (11). The feeding hopper of the first-stage rice polishing machine (2) is connected to a rice milling system (1); the complete rice discharging hopper of the first-stage rice polishing machine (2) is connected to the feeding hopper of a second-stage rice polishing machine (3); the complete rice discharging hopper of the second-stage rice polishing machine (3) is connected to the feeding hopper of the polished rice sizing screen (4); the complete rice discharging hopper of the polished rice sizing screen (4) is connected to the feeding hopper of the first-stage digital color sorting machine (5); the white rice discharging hopper of the first-stage digital color sorting machine (5) is connected to the feeding hopper of a second-stage digital color sorting machine (6); the white rice discharging hopper of the second-stage digital color sorting machine (6) is connected to a feeding device of the rice flow weighing machine (7), and the discharge device of the rice flow weighing machine (7) is connected to the finished product bin packaging and weighing machine (8). According to the present system, the rice flow weighing machine (7) is connected to the automatic control system (11), such that the degree of modernization of the production line is improved, the number of workers required is reduced, and costs are saved.
