Abstract:
A polishing device for an automobile wheel hub, comprising a cuboid protection frame (10) having a rectangular tank-shaped polishing tank (100) formed at the center of a lower end face, a lifting device (20) and a polishing device (30). The polishing device (30) comprises a rotating center column (361) and a circular-ring-shaped lower lifting ring (38); the rotating center column (361) is rotatably provided at the center of an upper end face of an intermediate support plate (23), an upper support plate (36) having a circular plate shape is formed at an upper end of the rotating center column (361), the lower lifting ring (38) is provided above the intermediate support plate (23) in a lifting manner, a pair of lower elastic blocks (39) which can elastically move in a radial direction are provided on a cylindrical face of the lower lifting ring (38), and upper ends of end faces, which are away from each other, of the pair of lower elastic blocks (39) are respectively provided with lower polishing plates (391) in an elastically hinged manner; outer surface polishing and lifting plates (33) are respectively provided on left and right side walls of the polishing tank (100) in a lifting manner, a pair of outer surface polishing support plates (341) which can move forwards or backwards are respectively provided on end faces, which are close to each other, of the pair of outer surface polishing and lifting plates (33), a polishing fabric strip (34) is fixed between end faces, which are close to each other, of the pair of outer surface polishing support plates (341), and an upper polishing plate (31) is provided at the center of an upper side wall of the polishing tank (100). The polishing device has a simple structure, can achieve complete and thorough polishing, and has good polishing effect.
