Abstract:
A polishing device for titanium pipe production, comprising a machining platform (1). Four supporting legs (2) are provided at the bottom of the machining platform (1); a polishing box (4) is fixedly mounted at the edge of the right side of the upper end face of the machining platform (1), and a driving motor (5) is fixedly mounted on the same side, where the polishing box (4) is located, of the bottom of the machining platform (1). A first fixing base (9) and a second fixing base (10) are mounted on the upper end face of the machining platform (1) and located at the coaxial line position of the grinding box (4) in parallel. According to the polishing device for titanium pipe production, the standard and standardized titanium pipe polishing device is provided, the position of a polished grinding wheel (13) is fixed, a titanium pipe to be machined is supported using the fixing base, and an elastic clamping ring (16) provided at the upper end of the fixing base can adapt to fixing of sleeves with different diameters; and the polishing amount of the titanium pipe can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the fixing base by means of an adjusting rod (15), so that standardized polishing of a titanium pipe notch is realized for subsequent use.
