Abstract:
Disclosed is a polishing film with good productivity and good polishing durability which enables to heighten the polishing rate. Also disclosed is a method for producing such a polishing film. The polishing film comprising a polyester base film and a polishing layer formed on the base film and containing an abrasive grain and a binder is characterized in that the binder is an epoxy urethane which is obtained by reacting and curing a polyol component, an epoxy component and a crosslinking agent.
