Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a polishing machine which achieves vibration reduction.
[Solution] A polishing material holding member (16) in a polishing machine (10) is attached to a drive shaft (22) rotatably around an eccentric axis (25) with respect to a rotational drive center axis (24) of the drive shaft (22) rotationally driven by a vane-type air motor (18), and has a motion restriction part (40) provided at a position apart from the eccentric axis in the direction of a radial axis (38) of the eccentric axis. A pair of guide rollers (42, 43) provided in a body part (12) is disposed such that a first engagement position of one guide roller (42) and the motion restriction part and a second engagement position of the other guide roller (43) and the motion restriction part are disposed so as to be located laterally on the opposite sides of the radial axis (38) with the radial axis therebetween, and when the drive shaft (22) is rotationally driven, restricts the motion of the polishing material holding member (16) such that the polishing material holding member (16) is displaced in the direction of the radial axis (38) while pivoting about a position between the first engagement position and the second engagement position.
