Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of plant extract separation, and particularly relates to pollen polysaccharides 1-4, a separation method therefor, and use thereof. According to the present invention, polysaccharides in rape pollen are extracted, separated and purified to obtain the pollen polysaccharides 1-4, and tests show that the pollen polysaccharides 1-4 have certain effects in plant growth promotion and stress resistance. Meanwhile, the present invention also finds that a pollen polysaccharide active part Fr, a pollen polysaccharide active part Fr-1 and a pollen polysaccharide active part Fr-1-5 of a rape pollen crude separated component also have plant growth promotion and stress resistance effects.
