Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a pollution source recognition method and apparatus based on a three-dimensional liquid chromatography fingerprint. The method comprises: pre-processing a pollution source sample and a sample to be subjected to recognition; collecting three-dimensional liquid chromatography fingerprints of the pre-processed pollution source sample and sample to be subjected to recognition, and pre-processing the collected three-dimensional liquid chromatography fingerprints; and using the pre-processed three-dimensional liquid chromatography fingerprints to establish a pollution source recognition model for pollution source recognition, so as to determine a pollution source to which the sample to be subjected to recognition belongs. The apparatus comprises a sample processing module, a fingerprint collection module and a recognition module. By means of the method, few devices and few samples are required, fingerprint information is rich, and costs are low, thereby facilitating large-scale popularization. Automatic comparison and recognition of three-dimensional liquid chromatography fingerprints are realized by means of a self-organizing neural network; and the method and apparatus have the characteristics of simplicity, intelligence and accuracy, and have an important significance for the traceability of a pollution source.
