A polyamide-6 in-situ polymerization reaction device based on low-temperature uniformization of a pigment, and a process therefor, comprising: an online dynamic mixer (1), a front aggregator (2), and a rear aggregator (3), and further comprising: nests of tubes (4), a homogeneous reaction stirrer (5), a flow deflector (6), and drain pipes (7). The online dynamic mixer (1) is connected to the front aggregator (2), the front aggregator (2) is connected to the rear aggregator (3), the nests of tubes (4) are mounted inside the front aggregator (2) and the rear aggregator (3), the homogeneous reaction stirrer (5) is mounted in the middle of one nest of tubes (4), the homogeneous reaction stirrer (5) is arranged at the top of the front aggregator (2), the flow deflector (6) is arranged inside the front aggregator (2), and the flow deflector (6) is mounted at the bottom of the homogeneous reaction stirrer (5).
