Abstract:
Disclosed are a polycarbonate alloy material and a preparation method and a use therefor, comprising the components: 47 parts - 74 parts PC resin; 18 parts - 28 parts acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer SAN; 7 parts - 12 parts ABS granules; 0 parts - 10 parts methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene terpolymer MBS; and 1 part - 3 parts of a compatibilizer; the mass content of titanium being 1 ppm - 100 ppm, based on the total mass of the polycarbonate alloy material. In the polycarbonate alloy material prepared in the present invention, the coefficient of linear thermal expansion of the alloy material can be markedly reduced, and the electroplating peel strength thereof greatly increased, without fundamentally impacting the mechanical properties thereof.
