Abstract:
Provided is a polycarbonate alloy, comprising the following components in parts by weight: a polycarbonate, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin, a hollow glass bead, maleic anhydride-grafted ABS, and hydrogenated styrene-ethylene/butylene block copolymer resin of 35-50% by weight of the glass bead. The present invention adds the maleic anhydride-grafted ABS, the hollow glass bead, and a specific amount of the hydrogenated styrene-ethylene/butylene block copolymer resin in the resin system of a polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin alloy. The hollow glass bead is more stably dispersed in the matrix resin under the action of the hydrogenated styrene-ethylene/butylene block copolymer resin and the maleic anhydride-grafted ABS, thereby improving the scratch resistance and low CLTE characteristic of the polycarbonate alloy, and further broadening the application of polycarbonate materials in the field of automobiles.
