Abstract:
A polycarbonate composition, in terms of parts by weight, comprising the following components: a polycarbonate resin 70-90 parts; an imidazole metal salt antifungal agent 0.1-2 parts; an amine carbonyl condensate 0.05-2 parts; and, based on the total mass of the polycarbonate composition, silver ions and/or zinc ions of which the content is 100-1200 ppm, where the silver ions come from a silver ion antibacterial agent, and the zinc ions come from a zinc ion antibacterial agent. The addition of a certain amount of the amine carbonyl condensate inhibits the oxidation of metal particles in a resin substrate at a high temperature, thus inhibiting the darkening of a resin during repeated melt processing, and ensuring the stability of mechanical performance and transmittance after multiple runs of processing.
