　A polycarbonate resin composition (A) containing 90-10 mass% of a polycarbonate-polyorganosiloxane copolymer (A-1) having polyorganosiloxane blocks, and 10-90 mass% of a polycarbonate resin (A-2) other than (A-1), wherein a hydroxyl-terminated fraction of 5-70 mol% is included in (A), and the polyorganosiloxane block content in (A) is 0.7-40 mass%.
