Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a resin-coated metal plate or the like having excellent film removal properties after press forming. [Solution] This polyester-resin-coated metal plate is characterized by including a metal plate on which a press-forming process is performed, and a polyester resin layer coated on the metal plate, the polyester resin layer containing a sulfonate as a hydrophilic group, and having a glass transition temperature (Tg) below 100°C.
