Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a polyester resin composition of which a coating film surface has a water contact angle of 30° or less and which has an adhesive peel strength of 10 N/10 mm or higher with respect to a metal or a resin film. A polyester resin composition according to the present invention contains at least a polyester resin (A), a surfactant (B), and a terpene resin (C), wherein the polyester resin (A) is obtained by copolymerization using, as a component, a compound having a polyalkylene glycol having a number of repetitions of 3 to 50 as a skeleton, the surfactant (B) is a nonionic surfactant having a polyalkylene glycol skeleton, and the mixing ratio of the polyester resin (A) and the terpene resin (C) is (A)/(C) = 80/20 to 99/1 (in mass ratio). In this polyester resin composition, the water contact angle is 30° or less.
