Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a polyesteramide and a preparation method therefor. A polyesteramide is prepared using a diamine or an alkamine as an initiator, using a diacid diol-based macrolide as a monomer, in the presence of a catalyst, and by means of a ring-opening-condensation cascade polymerization reaction. The polyesteramide copolymer prepared in the present invention features excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability, and outstanding mechanical performance, solvent resistance, and thermal stability. By means of altering such factors as the ratio of ester bonds and amide bonds and polymer molecular weight and distribution, the performance of the polyesteramide material can be adjusted, causing the invention to have broad application in such fields as engineering plastics, thermoplastic elastomers, tissue engineering, and controlled release.
