Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a polyethylene insulating material for a high-voltage direct current cable. The insulating material comprises, in parts by mass, 80-120 parts of polyethylene, 1-5 parts of modifier, 0.5-1 part of nano-magnesia, 0.5-1 part of nano-alumina, 5-10 parts of calcium carbonate, and 2-5 parts of stabilizer. In the present invention, the mutual interaction of substances makes the material to have good insulation and mechanical strength properties.
