Abstract:
A polyimide resin containing a repeating constituent unit represented by formula (1), a repeating constituent unit represented by formula (2), and a repeating constituent unit represented by formula (A) or a constituent unit represented by formula (B), wherein the ratio of the content of formula (1) to the total content of formula (1) and formula (2) is 40 to 70 mol%, and the ratio of the content of formula (A) or formula (B) to the total content of formula (1) and formula (2) is more than 0 mol% and 25 mol% or less. (R1 represents a bivalent group having 6 to 22 carbon atoms and containing at least one alicyclic hydrocarbon structure; R2 represents a bivalent linear aliphatic group having 5 to 20 carbon atoms; Ra represents a bivalent group containing at least one aromatic ring, wherein a monovalent or bivalent electron-withdrawing group is bound to the aromatic ring; Rb represents a bivalent group containing -SO2- or -Si(Rx)(Ry)O- (wherein Rx and Ry independently represent a linear aliphatic group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms or a phenyl group); and X1, X2, Xa and Xb independently represent a tetravalent group having 6 to 22 carbon atoms and containing at least one aromatic ring).
