Abstract:
A polymer-based multi-element surface-enhanced Raman detection substrate, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof in cancer diagnosis. The substrate comprises a polymer substrate (110), a resin layer (120), a noble metal thin film layer (130), a metal oxide thin film layer (140), and three-dimensional island ultrathin silver films (150) which are sequentially stacked to each other. An island structure in each three-dimensional island ultrathin silver film (150) is a uniformly distributed nanostructure, and the thickness of each three-dimensional island ultrathin silver film (150) ranges from 1.5 to 20 nm. The flexible surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate has high sensitivity, good consistency and high flux, and can be used for early diagnosis of cancer.
