Abstract:
Disclosed is a polymer battery tab shaping mechanism. A tab shaping tooling adjustment seat of the present invention is composed of two bearings and a workpiece which has a convex cross section, and the two bearings are fixed on two long side surfaces of the workpiece which has the convex cross section; an adjustment seat slide rail is a workpiece which has a concave cross section; a tab shaping block is composed of a wedge-shaped block fitting with an L-shaped tooling; a PCB combination board is composed by stacking PCB boards and gold-plated copper sheets; a spring adjustment mechanism is connected to the tab shaping block; the tab shaping tooling adjustment seat is fixed on the L-shaped tooling of the tab shaping block; the tab shaping tooling adjustment seat and the adjustment seat slide rail are in a concave-convex fit to form a slideway that slides up and down, and drive the tab shaping block to form a parallelogram fit in a laminate wedge-shaped groove; and the PCB boards are fixed on the spring adjustment mechanism, and are driven by the spring adjustment mechanism to perform high-low fluctuation adjustment. The present invention is suitable for use by all hot-pressing forming machines in the industry at the present stage, without changing a mold frame mechanism and affecting the stability of a jig.
