Abstract:
Provided is a polymer composition having satisfactory processability and suitable for producing tires having a highly excellent balance among low-loss characteristics, wet gripping, and ozone resistance. This polymer composition comprises: (A) a conjugated-diene-based polymer which is either a polymer of a conjugated-diene compound or a copolymer of a conjugated-diene compound and an aromatic vinyl compound, the conjugated-diene-based polymer being a product of reaction between an active polymerizing end and a compound represented by any of general formulae (1) to (4); and (B) a halogenated butyl elastomer.
