Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polymer electrolyte and a manufacturing method therefor. More specifically, a polymer electrolyte membrane having excellent ion conductivity and a low degree of cross-linking can be manufactured using a cross-linkable reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization agent.
