Abstract:
This polymer is characterized by comprising a structural unit (I) represented by formula (I) and a structural unit (II) represented by formula (II). In formula (I), two of R1-R4 together may form a ring structure; the R1-R4 that do not form a ring structure each independently are a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aromatic ring group, or a radical crosslinkable group; alkyl groups and aromatic ring groups may have a hydroxyl group as a substituent; and m is an integer ranging of 0-4 inclusive. In formula (II), X is a divalent organic group; Y is a tetravalent organic group; Z is a divalent organic group; and n is an integer of 0 or greater. [Chem. formula 1]
