Abstract:
The invention relates to bottle closing means. The inventive cap comprises a decorative lid, closing and drain sleeves, a cut-off valve and a fixing housing. When the decorative lid is turned out, the drain sleeve is inverted from the cap cavity, thereby releasing the cut-off valve with the aid of the clamping elements thereof. Said cut-off valve overlaps the drain hole of the drain sleeve which is arrange on the bottleneck and fixed thereto with the aid of a cut-off sleeve and the fixing housing. When the decorative lid is turned out and the drain sleeve is inverted, connecting strips which connect the decorative lid with a protective ring are broken, thereby taking it off and signalling the first opening of the bottle. The inventive structure is characterised by the inverting sleeve and the cut-off valve, which prevents the refilling of the bottle.
