Abstract:
The present invention provides: a polymerizable compound having at least one monovalent group (A); a polymerizable composition containing the same; a liquid crystal composite prepared therefrom; and a liquid crystal display element having the same. R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrogen, a halogen or a C1-20 alkyl in the monovalent group (A). In the alkyl, it is acceptable to substitute at least one -CH2- with -O- or -S-, and it is acceptable to substitute at least one -(CH2)2- with -CH=CH-. In these groups, it is acceptable to substitute at least one hydrogen with a halogen.
