Abstract:
Disclosed is a polymerization device for polyamide-6 granules with low-melt-resistance, high-spinnability, and ultra-low-viscosity. The polymerization device comprises a polymerization device body (1), polymerization box bodies (2), and a base (6), wherein a deaerator (5) is arranged on the polymerization device body (1) by means of a dredging tube, such that generation of oxide due to an oxidation reaction during implementation of reaction mass production of reactants in the polymerization box bodies (2) can be effectively avoided, the glossiness of polyamide-6 granules is greatly improved, and the situation wherein yellowing is caused by the oxidizing reaction is effectively avoided; and heating devices (3) and heat exchange devices (4) are arranged between an inner side of the polymerization device body (1) and the polymerization box bodies (2), such that the temperature in the polymerization box bodies (2) can be effectively ensured so as to acquire an effective circulation heating effect when the reactants are subjected to polymerization, and the temperature reaches an optimal stable state during reaction so as to avoid the situation of reduction of quantitative generation of the reactants due to an incomplete reaction, thereby effectively improving the polymerization effect of the polyamide-6 granules, and achieving the purpose of effective mass production so as to effectively compensate for defects in the prior art.
