Abstract:
Provided are a polyol composition that contains a flame retardant containing a prescribed phosphinate metal salt and/or phosphate metal salt and that, in a raw liquid of a fire resistant hard polyurethane foam and the polyol composition, suppresses in-liquid coagulation of powder and enables a hard polyurethane foam having outstanding fire resistance to be obtained; a fire resistant hard polyurethane foam using said polyol composition; and a method for manufacturing same. The polyol composition of the present invention contains: a flame retardant including one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of a polyol compound including an aromatic polyester polyol, a prescribed phosphinate metal salt, and a phosphate metal salt; and a dispersant including Neuburg siliceous earth particles.
