Abstract:
An adhesive composition is provided which has an excellent pot life, has excellent adhesiveness between a metal substrate and a polyolefin resin substrate, and which contains a modified polyolefin and an epoxy resin. This adhesive composition contains (A) a crystalline acid-modified polyolefin with an acid value of 5-50 mgKOH/g-resin, (B1) a glycidyl amine-type epoxy resin, (B2) a chelate-modified epoxy resin and (C) an organic solvent.
