Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polyolefin-based resin composition and a medical hose prepared therefrom, the polyolefin-based resin composition comprising: low-density polyethylene; polyolefin-based elastomer; and random polypropylene, wherein the melt index of the low-density polyethylene as determined according to ASTM D1238 (190℃, 2.16㎏) is approximately 1.8 to 3.5 times the melt index of the polyolefin-based elastomer as determined according to ASTM D1238 (190℃, 2.16㎏). The polyolefin-based resin composition according to the present invention exhibits excellent elastic restoring force, flexibility, transparency and moldability and thus can preferably be used for a medical hose.
