Abstract:
The present invention relates to polyorganosilsesquioxane and process for preparing the same. The present polyorganosilsesquioxane is obtained by various methods including the polymerization of 1,3-diorganosiloxane, a precursor, that is prepared by using silane compounds as starting materials. The polyorganosilsesquioxane has convenience in handling and controlling the rate of polymerization, and structure of highly regular form, and be imparted high functionality and various characteristics as compared to a conventional polyorganosilsesquioxane.
