Abstract:
A polyoxymethylene composition, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of POM resin, 40-55 parts of a flame retardant masterbatch, 0.5-2 parts of a lubricant, 0.1-0.5 part of a primary antioxidant, and 0.1-0.3 parts of a secondary antioxidant. The flame retardant masterbatch comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 21% -32% of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 50-70% of ammonium polyphosphate, and 9-18% of melamine cyanurate. The Shore A hardness of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is 75-95 A.
