Abstract:

The present disclosure relates to a polypeptide composition, a pharmaceutical, a pharmaceutical composition, and a use thereof. The polypeptide composition comprises a polypeptide, a protease inhibitor, vegetable oil and an absorption promoter. The polypeptide composition provided by the present disclosure can markedly improve the in vitro stability of a polypeptide pharmaceutical, and oral administration of the polypeptide pharmaceutical can be achieved.
