Title:
POLYPEPTIDE FROM A HDM2 PROTEIN SPECIFIC MURINE ALPHA / beta T-CELL RECEPTORS, NUCLEIC ACIDS CODING FOR THE ABOVE AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2002070552
Kind Code:
A8
Abstract:
The invention relates to polypeptides from a murine alpha / beta T-cell receptor, mediating a hdm2 protein-specific T-cell response, or functional variants or parts thereof, or nucleic acids coding for the above, functional variants, or parts thereof. The effect of the above is that hdm2 protein-expressing cells are recognised by t-cells provided with said genes, cytokines are expressed and a t-cell-induced lysis and/or apoptosis of tumour- or leukaemic-cells is induced.
