Title:
POLYPEPTIDE HAVING ENDONUCLEASE ACTIVITY AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/170418
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides art for producing, from a polypeptide expression system having yeast as a host, a wild-type endonuclease variant polypeptide derived from Serratia marcescens. This polypeptide: (a) includes an amino acid sequence having at least 85% sequence identity with the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1 or an amino acid sequence that is the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1 having one or more amino acid residue substitutions, deletions and/or additions, (b) when produced by secretion using a polypeptide expression system having yeast as a host, is produced by secretion as a polypeptide not having an N-linked sugar chain, and (c) has endonuclease activity.
