Abstract:

[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to produce a PPS resin composition having excellent tracking resistance without greatly deteriorating various properties, including excellent mechanical strength and a low gas emission property, which are inherent in PPS resins. [Solution] A polyphenylene sulfide resin composition comprising (a) 100 parts by weight of a polyphenylene sulfide resin, (b) 5-50 parts by weight a polyamide resin and (c) 50-250 parts by weight of a metal hydroxide, wherein the metal hydroxide is dispersed in the composition in such a manner that the average secondary particle diameter of the metal hydroxide is 5 μm or less.
