Abstract:
Disclosed are a polypropylene micro-foaming material, and a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The polypropylene micro-foaming material comprises the following components: polypropylene, poly(1-butene)-grafted sodium maleate, an ethylene-octene random copolymer, a filler, a lubricant, and an antioxidant. According to the present invention, by compounding polypropylene having a proper melt index with the ethylene-octene random copolymer, the material can be smoothly foamed, and on this basis, the poly(1-butene)-grafted sodium maleate is added, and its special low melting point and polar grafting modification significantly improve the interface bonding force between the filler and the polypropylene, which is more conducive to foaming forming; by adding a foaming agent to the polypropylene micro-foaming material for extrusion foaming, the obtained article has a good appearance and dense and uniform cells, reaching the first grade, with the percentage of closed cells up to 92.3%-94.3%, and the article has a weight loss proportion of up to 22.7%-27.2%, and had a density after foaming reaching 0.661-0.928 g/cm3.
