Abstract:
The present invention provides a coating agent which contains polyrotaxane represented by formula (1), and is for promoting the osteoblast differentiation and/or adipose differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells. [In the formula, R1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, m is 1-2,000, and n is 10-500, and formula (2) is cyclodextrin in which at least one hydroxyl group is modified with a group represented by -X-Y, where X is a divalent organic group and Y is a hydroxyl group or a sulfo group.]
